Over the top service and much more affordable. Started my day at a different shop for oil change that wanted a million other things done at high prices. Leaving for a funeral I know tires were important so called Firestone who got me set up here and when I got in they gave me an incredible deal and were $300 cheaper on the filter and coolant flush I needed done. Randy was leading the show with the other guy in training and he was coaching him up incredibly. Earned all my car business

Was greeted warmly. Got, new battery, oil change, and tire rotation for a good price. The wait was 2 hours. I had to return because something wasn't plugged back in and my engine light came on, but was taken care of immediately and treated well. Overall not a bad place for needed services.

My opinion of this Tire Plus has genuinely changed over the last few months. Prior to this recent experience, I didn’t have the best impression of this location. A year or two ago, I had some negative interactions with members of the team - particularly around feeling like certain services or parts were being oversold. It left a bad taste in my mouth and shaped my view of the shop for quite some time. However, a few weeks ago, my mom and I had a completely different experience. Liz at the front desk was outstanding. When we brought my mom’s car in, we were dealing with seat motor issues and trying to understand our options. Excellent customer service. Had the exact brand of tires that I had been looking elsewhere to find to no avail. The total price for the entire service was very reasonable and significantly cheaper than your competitors. The only con I have was that I made an appointment at 12pm and was told it would be about an hour and a half to have it ready. I called about 3 hours later and they said they were just now working on it. They also said they ran into some issues, which is why it was taking longer, but the "issue" was just a lot nut breaking off. I had the same problem a week prior when rotating my tires and it took all of 30 seconds to tap a bolt extractor on the broken lug and pop it right off. Liz helped me tremendously! There was also a gentleman that helped explain what needed to happen as well after a horrible experience elsewhere. They were so kind and helpful! Got my new tire mounted and balanced as well as new lug nuts put on, while making sure the stems were okay. I will never go anywhere else for any tire work in the future.
