I scheduled an appointment for 8 am on today 2/28/26. I arrived no one was at the Service desk. Me and another gentleman arrived and waited for about 5 minutes and the lady name Tara walked out and didn’t even say good morning . She abruptly asked so we have appointments. She stated they have a lot of cars to attend to via 8 am appointments and the wait time is very long for service . So I asked her why would the business schedule a huge amount of customers for the same time instead of having a limit for each time. Tara just shrugged her shoulders and acknowledge that she does not care. The gentleman in front of me was dissatisfied so he left. Tara then ask me questions quickly as if she was in a rush was a non customer service approach. I advised her that I was scheduled for a normal Oil

After blowing a valve stem on a car tire on I-75and surviving a tire change with every other car flying by me smelling like marijuana, I needed a quick fix to get back on the road with a full size tire. This tire store got me in and out in about 20 minutes and was very professional and friendly. It was close to closing but they made sure all was good before closing ship up for the night. Thankfully this store was here and I appreciate the staff here greatly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend going here without having a second opinion. I came in today because my psi on my back tire was saying 7. I asked if someone could take a look so that I would know if it could be patched or if I would need a whole new tire. There were two employees at the front desk. A male and a female. The male went to look at my tire for 2 seconds and came back in blurting out my tire size numbers. The female asked if I needed a new tire and he said “yup!” I asked if he was sure multiple times as he didn’t even jack my car up and assess the tire properly. He looked at me and cockily said “yes.” He then went back outside I guess to try to get a tire to put on my car. I asked the lady how much are the tires because I’m not paying more than $80 for a si

Too cold in the lobby for customers and employees. 62 degrees on average. The best price for tire not offered until I shared the going rates and the clerk marvelously found the same tire for half price originally offered. Otherwise service was quick and Brian was helpful

Lillian is a very nice lady . Provided me excellent customer service!!!!! Got me out with a quickness. If I could tip her I would tip 1 billion dollars!!!!!!! Never had such amazing customer service. New tire looking good and rolling . If Lillian not here I’m not coming back !!!!!!
