Tires Plus

I went in with an issue from another mechanic. Dwight was very nice and willing to help. Along came Cory who offered to help so Dwight could wait on another customer. Cory took a look at my vehicle and was able to fix the issue immediately. If I lived in Titusville, I would choose these guys for all my vehicle needs. 5 stars all around.

I’ve been bringing my car to our local Tires Plus for a while now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you're dealing with car issues. They never rush you and always take the time to explain what's going on in a way that makes sense. What really impressed me recently was their attention to detail. During what I thought was just a routine visit, they spotted a transmission leak that turned out to be caused by work done at another shop. They showed me exactly where the issue was and gave me the info I needed to get it corrected. They documented the leak which helped me get it fixed at the dealer that did the damage. If I could give them zero stars I would. I spent $1200 for four new tires, now my wheel's clear coat is wrecked because they couldn't properly mount them. Two days after I noticed the clear coat on all four wheels had been damaged, I went to talk to the service manager.  They claim it wasn't them and it looked liked curb rash. The tech then became hostile with me. Saying he didn't do anything wrong and my wheels already looked like that. The wheels before the appointment had no issues. After seeing a second shop they sent me to, I was told by the manager that they messed up by the misuse of their tire mounting tools. I contacted the customer service line and left a message for the regional manager. I still haven't been contacted by the store manager or the regional manager ***Update emaile

I frequently use Tires Plus for my oil changes and my tires. I went in for an Oil Change, they changed my air filter and didn't put the air filter compartment back together causing it to make a weird noise. I returned to the business and they checked it out and repaired it with no problem. Very personable office staff. I will continue to use Tires Plus.

A couple of months ago we were headed to a Jaguar’s game when we found a nail in one of our tires. It was a Sunday morning and thankfully this place was open. We called first and they didn’t have a replacement tire, should we be needing it, but already lined one up from another source before we even got off the phone. They were very busy but amazingly awesome Dwayne Waugh got us in and out in no time. Many thanks to Dwayne and the team, it was a great game I’m glad we didn’t have to miss!
