TLG Peterbilt - Charlotte

I’ve been to T.L.G. Peterbilt several times and highly doubt I’ll get my Truck serviced anywhere else. Driver to Driver you will not be disappointed. From the service advisor, to parts department, on to the actual technician that works on your truck. Knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Darrell the service advisor knew his stuff from the jump, Brandon in parts got what I needed and had it ready when I got there. Shamar the service tech got my truck in the bay and jumped right on the problem. ON A SUNDAY!!! My own dispatch team couldn’t believe it. I don’t write reviews, but with service so incredible I had to. This is a real review from a real driver.

I’ve been coming to this Peterbilt for quite some time and i’ve always gotten everything I’ve ever needed. Huge thanks goes to Scott, Chris, and Caleb. You guys are the best! No one ever wants their truck to break down, but if mine ever does, I know who I’m going to!

Not a bad experience. They did good work and actually fixed my bumper which they could have just easily replaced it. The mechanic was knowledgeable and helpful. Office staff was professional and helpful.
