TLG Peterbilt - Sikeston

Do they fix trucks here? Ill answer - no they dont. I picked up a truck here for my company and to my non-surprise - the hood was unlatched, heater doesnt work. Lots of Other stuff wasn't fixed too so either sit or go.... Choose wisely folks. I think they are confused with a dealer that fixes something but they are just a milking company. Get my meaning!

Was in and out in a timely manner. Pricing was upfront with an accurate estimate. Had a concern about a repair piece and the nighttime manager came out and addressed it himself. Service was professional and met the expectations of going to a dealership shop. Appreciate the effort!

My 13 yo son has an interest in semi trucks, so I drove him to the dealership. It was everything and more than what we expected. Paul the salesman came out with the keys and let my son check out the truck! That more than made his day and mine too!!

I took truck in for service in sikeston mo was not pulled to have it look at with then the 2 hours like they say .come to find out the service guy sitting at the service desk playing games on phone also was told by service guy at night they had more important t people ahead of me do not carry your truck there period
