To The Top Tires & Service Rocky Mount

NEVER, NEVER use these crooks and swindlers don’t even deserve one star. I would give a fraction of a star if possible. They literally robbed us. On a roadside service call, they put on a new tire, scratched and chipped up a $2000 Alcoa tire rim, stole our money by threatening us for payment while the new tire was still leaking!! They were taking the tire off unless we paid them immediately and they promised they would come back the next day. They came back the next day, seven hours after we called them, and put a faulty valve stem in which still allowed the tire to leak and then blocked and wouldn’t move their vehicle for us to test drive the almost $1000 tire that they just charged us for. I placed almost 50 calls in one day to them trying to get them to respond to a 17 minute arrival

I had a great experience here the service was fast. The price of the tires was fair. Craig and Daniel did a great job. I will recommend this place to anybody.

Awesome service. On a Sunday. They didn't have my tire in stock. Fred there manager took me to Walmart to get a tire and back to truck and mounted tire on truck. Awesome service great job.

These guys were literally lifesavers! On June 26th, while moving from FL to upstate NY, I blew out a flat tire on my motorcycle trailer on I-95 near Wilson in 96 degree heat. The two dudes who came out worked their butts off in the heat, replacing BOTH tires and getting me back on the road again. Wish I could remember their names, but I REALLY appreciate the job those two did!

Great customer service not too bad to get to it off of the highway. Blew out my trailer tire and Google. This place said it was about 4 miles away. Really nice people.
