Todd's Automotive

Todd and Chuck are 2 of the best mechanics ever! They are very honest and thorough and made sure they fixed my car right. Their prices are decent and affordable. They are very nice men and made sure I understood everything that needed fixed. I would highly recommend them!!

Beware! Calling about basic, specific repair work which many other mechanics will simply estimate over the phone, I was told I needed to bring my car in for them to look at, before they would give an estimate. However, they charge over $50 for this "inspection." The guy on the phone did not mention upfront about there being any such fee, either, until I pressed the issue. A form of duplicity by omission. I have a hard time believing the authenticity of some of the five-star reviews. Seems like your run-of-the-mill opportunistic mechanic looking to gouge people.

I pulled in to Todd's less than an hour before closing because my car was going to break down. The next day he communicated multiple times what he was doing and what I should expect. He thoroughly tested it to make sure the issue was resolved and even offered to speak with the mechanic who previously worked on the vehicle because their neglect was the root of the problem. All said and done, I had the vehicle back in less than 24 hours. I can't say enough about how patient, accommodating and considerate he was. Highly recommend!

Been going there for years of never had a problem John takes care of everyone. No exceptions great place to do business and they stand behind everything. They do highly recommend it. I only allow you to get five stars but I think it deserves a couple more.

I was flying in from out of town to purchase a car from the dealership just down the road from Todd's Automotive. Because of the high Google Review's I called this mechanic to have a look at the vehicle before I made my purchase. Todd was exceptional. Not only did he thoroughly drive and inspect the vehicle, but he also sent me photos to help my make a more informed decision. Todd was very professional and friendly on the phone. A characteristic that is often lacking in the auto-mechanic profession. If you are in Cleveland, I would recommend their service.
