Matt V. in the service department is super friendly and courteous. He made great recommendations and took time to discuss some other concerns that came up after I saw pictures of the bottom of my car after an unexpected adventure at Red River Gorge. The waiting space was comfortable and well equipped to continue my work day. Overall this experience is 5 stars, as usual. This is my third car from Tom Gill and people like Matt in Service and Cheyenne in sales are why I keep coming back. I felt a little sadness because the cafe wasn't open, the food there is excellent. Next time I'll schedule my appointment before it closes. Thanks to everyone at Tom Gill for a great experience!

TL:DR // Excellent service, Friendly staff, Great experience Give that man Matt an award. Where do I start, this was one of the friendliest services I have ever dealt with. I was on my way home from Ft Campbell so it was about a 4 hour drive. An hour in my car displays a message on the dash that says 'Engine Power Reduced' I was in a panic because I didn't know what was going on at the time and just wanted to make it home for the holidays. Lo and behold i do make it home, I few days later I schedule a service for my 2025 Malibu. I pull into the service station and was immediately greeted with friendly staff that offered me a drink while i wait. After that i was sent into the office and was greeted by Matt. I brought my car into the dealership at 8:00AM to have the brakes replaced. They previously told me that the job would take 2 hours. (I took a shuttle home) After about 2 hours and I had not heard from anyone at the dealership, I called one of the advisors and the call went into to VM. Not having heard from anyone, I again placed another call to the advisor and the call went into VM. About 1:00, I placed another call and asked to speak to whom ever was in charge of the service department. I talked to that person and explained my situation. He explained that he had just received the OK to replace the brakes which were under warranty. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and did not offer an apology for no one having taken the time to call me and explain the delay. I finally drove my car

The staff is incredibly Service and Customer satisfaction oriented. This is my second time using the Service Center and I am very satisfied. I particularly like the all-over pictures of the vehicle to keep track of any unseen issues, etc. Well Done!

Had an appointment for an oil change with shuttle service today, took a day off to be here for the pickup and was not told the pickup distance had been decreased. Had no problems on the first appointment. No notification at all that they weren't coming. And the latest weekday appointment is 3pm not conducive to working people. It is still a good perk to purchasing at tom gill but not a user friendly system.
