I told them how I wanted my car cleaned and they did not clean. It only wash the outside I asked for a full detail, including shampooed seats. They were steel crumbs, left on the floor as if they didn't vacuum clean.

It was OK for the price but whatever they oil the floor matts with is very slippery. Also, the gentleman running the buffer doesn't really know how to get rid of the swirl marks. It is clean though.

Will not return or recommend. I spent 100 for a full detail. My console was greasy for 2 weeks from the amount of armor all sprayed and my windows were so cloudy I had to come home and redo the car myself. I got in the car and my driver's seat was still wet. I had such high expectations and was very disappointed.

The service was good, they cleaned my truck in a timely manner. And removed the tar as I requested. I'll definitely be using them again.
