Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I haven't used this car wash since back when they opened because my car never gets fully cleaned, especially the back. The time before this, one of the workers actually had me go back through when he saw how dirty it still was when he was emptying garbages. I thought I'd give them a try again today because I do like the mat cleaners, but once again my car was still very dirty after going through. Today I actually went to another car wash in town to get it clean.

Even on a cold day a pretty lady came out to spray the ice chucks off my wheel wells. Great service good job. Great promos for new sign on members!! 100%

Carwash is nice clean and works well never had any problems with the wash! The employees are friendly, one guy with longer hair and ear piercing is exceptional and always is a joy going above! *Update: been using Tommy's for a little over a year with nothing but GREAT results! Recommended over lots of other local car washes!

I've been a customer at Tommy's since I got a car I care enough about to clean. When I first started using Tommy's I got the unlimited package. Glad I did because when I started noticing the back of my car was never clean I was told, "just run it through again and we won't charge you for it." I asked if they could spray off the back and was told they aren't allowed to. At first I wasn't using the vacuum stalls to detail because it was cold so I thought, maybe it's just getting dirty on the ride home. Then when I said something again, they said "it was the timing that was off on the mechanism that washes the back and front. If it's not clean just run it through again, we won't charge you, but it should be fixed". So after learning it was in fact a problem with the system that seemed to be

So far so good, I have gone through 3 times now and the last time I did purchase the membership as I feel it’s worth it price wise!
