Tommy's Express® Car Wash

When in doubt, Tommy's it out. Free vacuums and floor mats washers that truly get the job done, a spotlessly clean bathroom, and the people are always friendly. The manager, Tom, even came out and personally sprayed my floormats---that's customer service there. Good job and gold stars, Team Tommy's.

Since Firehouse sold their company to you know where I will not go to any car wash but Tommys express car wash. They are the only place that does not put scratches or marks in your paint like the other places. They do a great job, my SUV leaves clean and shiny, and I love the vacuum island with the mat washers. I will not go anywhere else!!!

The service was good enough, however the sales guy wrote a rather insulting comment on the back of the Unlimited Car Wash offer that I discovered as I was leaving. Not sure if he thought he was being funny. I don't think I will ever go back. There are other places with nicer people.

Got a whole area on my passenger door missed on my GMC sierra. It's Black so you can imagine how bad it sticks out and of course you don't see it until you get home so to fix it another trip back. I don't like doing reviews this definitely isn't the first time this happened, but maybe someone can read this one and save themselves $40/mo. I only went down to 3 stars because you can't set the bar too high on a fully automatic car wash. I have a photo to upload but that's not an option apparently.

Took a Ford Edge through here the other day. Big spot on the front bumper, and the rear hatch are not clean at all. Edge's are pretty simple cars for an auto wash to do. With my Wrangler, I will always have spots, but that is to be expected. Prices are high.
