Was very nice Haven't been back. We like auto baun because they detail your car. It costs a little more but is worth it. Tommy's equipment looked very well taken of and they have free towels. Looked like the vacuum cleaners were Very strong.
Me and the family regularly go to Club Car Wash. We were running short on time and didn't want to go down HWY K any further so we decided to give Tommy's a try. For the SAME $10 at each wash....Tommy's doesn't have free microfiber towels(what they have is junky paper fiber wipes), they don't pre spray or treat your car, leaving many spots completely untouched like the back glass and trunk, their vacuums don't suck at all, maybe 20% of the power of Club Car Wash, they don't offer complementary floormat spraying, and they don't have windex spray for interior cleaning. Overall this may be the worst carwash of all time. F-
Worst car wash you could go to. The vacuums don't even have suction! Such a waste of time, money and everything else in between. Not to mention they don't offer microfiber towels, or spray cleaner. They are a cheap, crappy business. Work on giving your customers better quality.
I wait to review somewhere until I've been there twice. This car wash is amazing. My first trip I went through the cashier lane. It was a pleasant experience and the employee answered any questions I had. My second visit I went through the app lane. This visit I got in with no problems with their license plate reader. Before this visit I watched the Facebook video of their tour with the VP of operations. Glad I did. I now know where the floor mat washers are and a coupon code for the works wash at $18/1st month (unlimited). Regularly $36. The free vacuums and floor mat washer were easy to use. In regards to the floor mat washer, stand back or you might get sprayed. The vacuums were easy to handle. On my first visit, they weren't operating. This recent visit everything was fine. The app i
