Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and it used to be a five-star experience, but lately the equipment has been unreliable. I pay $40+ a month and I expect better service than this. I’ve been here multiple times recently and some of the vacuums haven’t worked well; today vacuums 8 and 9 weren’t working properly, and the hose on vacuum 8 came undone from the top and nearly hit my car. The mat washer also isn’t working, and after the wash I noticed big brown dirt streaks down the side of my car. You really need better maintenance and basic quality control. I’m leaving a one-star rating for now. I’ll give it a couple more tries, but if it doesn’t improve I’ll cancel and go somewhere else. Update: these photos are from 2 weeks after my review. looks like things have not changed.

The ladies and gents are always so hospitable and welcoming. Amelia is such a joy and always smiling - they are a great group of people. Keep striving to be the best! Love the app access and the way my truck is always clean !

Arrived at 8 am and the place wasn't even open (hours are 7 am to 9 pm). I watched 10+ cars pull in to use the wash and had to turn around. Not sure Id want to purchase their monthly subscription if I couldn't be sure it would be open during stated hours .

Went in person to cancel membership, Kid said they removed my card. Recently checked my statements and noticed that ~1.5 years later, they never removed my card and was still getting charged. Did not get it resolved. Wash is great and did not get swirl marks

Greatest carwash experience I have ever had. Hudson was especially helpful and professional to ensure I was completely satisfied with the carwash experience. I like all the app options. My dog even got a treat. Thanks
