He didn’t put any pressure on me, didn’t upsell anything, and communicated clearly, fairly priced, and provided quality work. Jason, who worked with me, was also great to work with. He was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. You can tell these guys genuinely care about doing things the right way and treating customers well. Been looking for a reliable and reasonably priced shop since I moved in town last year. Been a bit of struggle to find one but I finally found one. Tommy was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He took care of the issue right away, and with a bit of following up issue he didnt hesitate to check the vehicle again. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.

Last time I needed an oil change, I went to a different shop, but they didn’t have the right type of oil for my car. I ended up having to visit a couple of other places, which was frustrating. This time, I called Tom’s Auto to check if they had the correct oil. They didn’t have it in stock, but Tom told me they could order it for me. Not only did they get it quickly.
