Tom's Towing

So I start by giving them credit for being the only tow service that accepted our ride from Mountain View to San Leandro over Labor Day weekend. The issues, however, were numerous from there. We ended up waiting for about 3 hours for the driver to arrive despite multiple assurances he was only 30-45 minutes away. When the driver arrived there was no room for either myself or my passenger to ride along, even though we told them there would be 2 passengers, so we had to call a Lyft ($50+) to get home. Once we got home and the car arrived, we were told we had to pay $600 when the quote provided to us was $400-450. At no point along the way, from the multiple calls to dispatchers to when the driver actually arrived and departed with the vehicle, were we told the price would increase. The truck

I mad an appointment to have a car towed in san mateo between 630 and 730 in the evening and the truck never showed up. When I called the office and asked where the truck was I gave the woman on the phone the info and then was placed on hold for 20mins and then hung up on. I called the office again and got a different helpful person on the phone who said the truck was on its way to antioch but that the driver said he called and spoke to me and let me know. The driver never called spoke to me. I reset the appointment for 8am the next morning and again, the truck didn't show up. Thankfuly I was having a car towed from my home to a shop and not waiting on the side of the road somewhere.

Got locked out of my car and Tom's Towing saved my day! I was so impressed with the quality of service that I've recommended them to everyone I know. Good job!

Tom's Towing were fast and professional fixing my flat tire. Can't ask for more than that.

Left me at a gas station with no work being done worst company ever and tried to charge my card after the fact I would push my car before I ever called you again
