We have used their service a couple times and it’s always been great, this specific time came in to see if my tire could get repaired before buying a new one and they were HONEST about it. We got it safely repaired and it was super QUICK. Ronny answered all my questions patiently and kept me informed about the wait time. Would recommend this to everyone who needs honest service. Great to have the kids room in the wait area, my kid got a little gift he loved. 🫠

I'm completely finished with this incompetent dealership...I had maintenance done here and found oil all over the top of My engine around the fill port...I had a warranty issue with My rear axle differential locker sensor and had to have My rear axle replaced,right after replacement found the left rear wheel seal was leaking on the new axle(NON SERVICEABLE)so was told I had to replace the rear axle again. Scheduled to have rear axle replaced again and was told by Alyssa that it could be done in one day again(Was done in about five hours the first time).Used a day of PTO from work to take it in on a Friday and was told by Johnny that there was no way it would be done in one day and that My Jeep would probably sit until Monday or Tuesday if I left it...I am so sick of dealing with these youn

They are great if you wanna have your truck or Vehicle held hostage fot 3 entire days just for a power steering hose. And on top of that be told it is completed just to sit for an hour in the waiting room and treated with no respect by The crazy eyed service writer. Their response is ridiculous. They should’ve allowed me to take my truck home day one while they got the part. And then when you get the part in the shop, you have me bring my truck. Trust me, I used to be a grease monkey and a service writer. I’m an old man . If no Stars was an option it would be no stars

If you live in Tooele County and you have in mind to buy local.DO NOT, DO NOT buy here, drive to Salt Lake or anywhere else, here they pretend to care just to sell you defective vehicles, and when you call them to have them take care of you as their customer… you will be ignored,lied to and they will ghost you. Especially if you are dealing with Alyssa Evans so called “service manager “ which she provides no service whatsoever and only empty promises and gives false information and she will lie to your face and not accept any responsibilities for her job, she will tell you that she has sent your information to her “warranty ad person “ so called Brittany…. Wonderful, showed up looking for a car not necessarily ready to purchase one, Matt saw us in the parking lot. Long story short we ended up I'm a new car that night. Didn't push us just helped us along. Can't recommend enough!
