I’ve been using Top Notch for the 3 years I’ve lived here. I feel so lucky to have found such a costumer service orientated in the Auto repair industry!! Old fashioned values with a well run operation. Everything is detailed via text prior to work being done which you sign off on. Full pricing is given prior to work. They send great discount coupons frequently!! They also send monetary certificates based on previous sales. Very good pricing!

This is an amazing auto shop. I'm so glad I found them! I was looking for some transmission service; I saw other reviews and thought I'd give Top Notch a try. Their service writers are very friendly and patient. I appreciated the pre-inspection photos and electronic approval process. They were also able to secure me a loaner for a few days, which was a blessing. The stocked snacks/drinks in the lobby are a bonus. My advisor Christina even checked up on us days after the work was completed. We will be back!

Top Notch has been exactly as their title implies, the top! They're responsive, attentive, effective and work with you on cost savings. I primarily have come into contact with Christina and she is super helpful and friendly. I've also had some interaction with Steve who is very knowledgeable. And of course, a shout-out to their technicians working in the back. I've been in for a coolant leak repair which was very stressful but they were able to get it turned around in a few days. They were able to lend me a loaner for the short period of time. The other occasion was a front brake, rotary and sensor replacement as well as oil, oil filter and oil filter change and they beat both my dealer and Belle Tire with their quotation.
