Staff are friendly and helpful. Work gets done fast at a reasonable cost. They have inspected my car for the past 2 years and changed my oil several times. Random for a garage, but I enjoy the waiting room atmosphere 😂 I’ve had some good chats with friendly strangers and the employees. Highly recommend!!!

Such a trash … They asked me $1500 for the parts and labor. Guess what I went to someone else they did it for $265 parts and labor both included.

Transferring out of state and needed a print copy of my insurance. Which is something that is not required in VA nor is making appointments required. I expressed this to whoever I spoke with when I made the appointment that I wasn’t from PA. Instead of telling me over the phone what was needed they waited until day of to tell me. Then the woman at the counter stated she assumed everyone knows which was probably why I wasn’t told. Not only that, but the looks on their faces when I walked through the door was so uninviting the experience did not sit well with me. Not sure if it was my race or what, but will take my vehicle elsewhere for inspection.

Got one star because I had to choose….. My experience with TLC was quite the disappointment. They bless us as we leave which seems admirable ,but I rather their work shows their faith. They promised to stand behind their work, but that was not my experience. There is lack of communication from front desk to shop, resulting in extra $500 unauthorized charges, but was told it was going to take that to fix the problem….. only problem is, it didn’t, when I talked to them they refused to give me a refund but tried to make a deal with me to let them put in $200 parts that might have fixed the original problem, ($200 vs $500, what a joke)and how could I trust they were telling me the truth? I denied the request because it was unfair, so my advice is if you get a quote, and you are unsure if it

We've been using this place for YEARS! Tim has a very wonderful group of workers here. We have never had an issue whatsoever as far as work and customer service in general. They are the most honest genuine shop around and will let you know what work needs done as well as things you may want to get done in the near future. If you want a fair and honest to fulfill the basic needs of your vehicle, this is the place to go.
