I was looking for some after market Front and rear bumpers and wench, as well as some lights for my new 24 Bronco Raptor. Kevin, the Manager of the Portland store was helping my wife and I with ideas as well as pricing. Not really knowing what we wanted, Kevin had some ideas. We went with his vision and ideas. The Raptor turned out much better than we anticipated. He and his crew did a phenomenal job on all of it. Great friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. After talking to them I felt I can trust my 1995 XJ Cherokee to be in very good technical hands. They were very informative on the progress of replacing my suspension, working on my steering issues and other front and rear axle issues I had to fix on a rig with 243,000 miles on it. Priced very competitive as well. The final product put a huge smile on my face and I am very pleased with how my jeep runs and feels and looks. Very clean work. I highly recommend them for any work you want done on your rig for upgrades and anything off road related. I am already scheduling to do more upgrades and bring my rigs to the standards I want. This place will do right!

This place did a great job assisting in choosing the best product to fit what I wanted. They kept me updated through out the installation process. Would 100% quiet checking them out on all your off-road needs.

The customer service and entire experience is outstanding here and so far I have to say this rating is because of the front counter gentleman, Wynnston. What an incredible human. Professional, kind and sets expectations and goes above and beyond. So many people could learn from this kind soul. Not only does he keep you well informed but makes you feel valued for bringing your business to this local. Even though I live closer to the Tigard location, I will ALWAYS make the drive to be treated so respectfully and friendly. I would never go back to the Tigard location due to their arrogance and how badly they treat their customers. Wynnston truly represents the kind of company Total Off-road is but if you want to be treated like dirt and walked on then you can talk to Austin at the other locat
