Touchless Car Wash

Visited Cascade Car Wash in Gladstone today and used their Touchless bay—my truck came out spotless! The bay has a 7'4" height limit and lets you pick your service before driving in, then just park on the tire sensor on the left side. They also have 4 self-service bays where you park, swipe your card, and pick your wash. Don’t forget to push the button when you’re done to stop the time charge. The location is clean, pricing is fair, and Sam, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. Great experience all around—highly recommended!

Went through this morning, and the touchless drive-through was not exactly very good. Didn’t seem to be spraying any sort of pre-wash. The dryer didn’t activate at the end, in addition to the nozzles squirting continuous water after the wash was done for at least a minute.

This place rips you off every time. Decent place to wash, I have to use a self wash for my truck but I have been noticing a 15$ dollar charge every time for a 5 min rinse. Sometimes I do a full wash and I get the charge but not 5 mins just to rinse. Plus there is no contact to resolve this issue. Starting to piss me off. All reviews are starting to add up to the same experience. The owner should take responsibility.

The touchless car wash is just pointless im sorry but my car is still so dirty I dont think you should charge people for a car wash if its not even gonna get the whole car clean i mean i can handle 1 missed spot on the back or something but not on both sides of the vehicle it's still way dirty thats upsetting and a waste of my money

Said 3.25 for 3 min and something seconds. I was at 4 min and 07 seconds... charged me $15!!! I really hope it's just holding funds. All I did was high pressure rinse, high pressure soap, and another high pressure rinse to get dust off my car. It used to sound down and ding when it was close to being done. Now the time goes up??? I didn't realize i was over the time. Rip off...
