I had gotten a vehicle from Tousley Motors back in September of 2018. It was a PIECE OF JUNK!! The vehicle had been wrecked and the cruise control didn't work and neither did the windshield washer sprayers and it needed suspension work done to it. Also it wouldn't crank easy at ALL!! These people that work at this dealership are CROOKS!!

I financed a car from Tounsley Motors on 3/14/19 and by the end of September the car completely failed. The many problems I encountered were smells coming from the vents while driving, water pouring from the bottom once stopped, valve cover gaskets and seals leaking, exhaust manifold pipe completely broke off while I was driving, fuel pump, battery connectors, broken motor mount, the list goes on. Needless to say there is no way the dealer didn’t know of the issues before he sold it or either they just did not care enough to inspect the vehicle. Either way this is not the place to spend your hard earned money!! Now while still having payments I’m forced to pay for a vehicle I haven’t been able to drive since September 29, 2019

Asked for a price on a vehicle.. was told a false blue book value, thereafter I asked for his price.. I was told I'd have to find out after a finance check.. not sure what that was about.. so I aborted the mission..

Wouldn’t buy nothing from them they give u one price and charge u another and sell u junk. Everything has something wrong with it on the lot I’m stuck with a 2010 Camaro ss I got from there first month broke a axle and have broke 8 more since then the rearend was leaking and they didn’t tell me nothing not I’m paying for a car sitting that needs a differential they Also very disrespectful and don’t like doing warranty work they have put 3 ac compressors on my car and they each worked for about a half a day still no cold air smh

I never write reviews, but I am so upset by the dishonesty of Tousley Motors. I found a vehicle on Car Gurus listed by Tousley. The (deceptive) photos looked good, and the price seemed very fair. I called to talk with someone, for more info and to hopefully negotiate a little on the price, but I found that they were unwilling to budge on this "steal." Regardless, we were still interested at that price. So I requested a copy of the CarFax; after a few hours and multiple phone calls, they finally sent it to me. That's when I saw an accident report. So I called them back with some additional questions. I specifically asked if the damage had been repaired, and I was told YES, that it was impossible to even tell that the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I was told that the car was in great
