Tow Boat U.S Falmouth

I was headed to Martha’s Vineyard and acquired a high temp alarm right before going into Woods Hole. I shut down the engine to avoid and further damage and called TowBoat US. The customer service was outstanding and within minutes I got a call from Capt. Mark Brown that help was on the way. 15 minutes later, Dave McCarthy showed up, put me at ease and and gave me the most relaxing tow back to my marina and got me back into my slip. Honestly, I should have been aggravated that the day seemed ruined, but I enjoyed every minute of the event!

Capt Brown and his crew were exceptionally attentive. Not only did he respond immediately, he assisted us with finding a mechanic so that we had no delays on our voyage. Thank you Captain Brown⛵️

Awesome service. My friend got a rope stuck in his boats prop and the Towboat guy came right out to fix it. Not only did he dive in and cut the rope off he also scrapped some barnacles off for us too. We were back on our way in no time thanks to him. Highly recommend this place.

We were dead in the water. Waves 4-6 feet. The weather forecast called for an occasional shower. Instead it the wind was blowing hard and the rain was pouring down. I called TowBoat US and was immediately connected to Captain Mark Brown. He then contacted Captain Dave who was to become our savior. It may have taken him some time to get us but we were so overjoyed to see him pushing through the swells to help us. His instructions were easy to follow. He soon had us in tow. He tried his best to make the ride back to the dock as comfortable as he could given the 4-6 foot waves. Finally, we were safe at the dock.
