Felt like I was unnecessarily charged too much for the tow. The work was done in max 10 mins for which had to pay ~1000$. Had to wait more than 1.5 hours for the driver

Had a flat tire on the highway and Towing Sunnyvale got to me in under 25 minutes. The technician was friendly and efficient, making what could’ve been a frustrating morning feel really manageable. Their pricing was fair considering how fast they came. The service was exactly what I needed. Highly recommend them for anyone in a pinch in the Sunnyvale area.
Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Left me waiting stranded over 3 hours. Initially quoted me 30 minutes. After an hour I called back. Quoted me another 25-50 minutes. Called back after another hour. Quoted me another 30 minutes. THEN BLOCKED MY NUMBER. If you couldnt do the tow then dont accept the quote. All I wanted was a simple tow for a mile mile and a half home, utterly unacceptable to ghost me. Don't do business with this company they'll string you along and leave you stranded.
