Town & Country Collision Center

The team at the Town and Country Collision Center was amazing! They made a stressful situation so much easier. Austin Blevins kept me informed the whole time and was incredibly friendly and helpful. My car looks fantastic. I'm really grateful for their hard work and care.

They've done work on three of my cars and are working on my truck now. None of their work is noticeable, which is a good thing on a good repair job.

Terrible experience. Took a month longer than discussed. Absolutely horrible communication, no one returns calls or emails. Left me with an ant infestation in my truck, never returned my lug socket and now I’ve got a decal pealing off with again no return communication.

Went in for an insurance claim for cosmetic issues, came back with electrical issues throughout my truck. It was there for over 2 months and still not fixed. Just left another Ford dealership to find out filters aren't plugged in under my truck oil plugs stripped completely. After having them check for issues with an oil leak. Anyone looking for work on their Ford vehicle should 100% look anywhere else other than Town and Country. I have never felt like I was being completely scammed as much as I do here. Now to get more work fixed at another dealership.

I took my car to get an estimate and the team was extremely helpful and nice. John fixed my car and he did a wonderful job on making it look brand new. Sam the manager is the best and his team is just great to work with! For any body work you need make sure you go see them!! Thank you!
