Over the moon happy. When road gravel, rocks and sand destroyed the front end of my brand new truck on route 85 in South Carolina, you can imagine my dismay. Thankfully, my insurance stepped up and covered it. I went to Town And Country Collision (recommended by Caliber Collision by the way) and couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike, Shannon and Chad took a personal interest in the repairs throughout the whole process, which resulted in this end result. I want to give the biggest shout out to town and country for the amazing job that they did! The wait was roughly close to about 2 months but good work isn’t rushed. I can talk all day about the good work that they did but the pictures speak for themselves. I am truly thankful. Thank you again!

When my car went in for repairs, my rear door handle had some peeling of the overcoat of paint. When I picked my car up. All handles were peeling of and my KIA sign was totally peeled off. The repairman blamed the Sun. It was not like that when my car went in for repairs, and it was not like that before repairs. My my left headlight. Was a mess also. He had a picture but I believe it was not when my car went in, It did not match my right headlight. I will never take my car or any car to Town and Country Ford again. I am a white senior citizen female and feel like because I am a female and older, I was taken advantage of‼️Never again, they charged $2460 more than the estimate given to me as well.

I had extensive body damage to my F150. Town and Country did a great job of repair. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, kept me updated on progress, and let me know when work was interrupted (insurance issues). I can’t say enough great things about the staff there. Even though Mike was my primary contact, I worked with a several different people at other times when he was out of office. I was treated like their very own client each and every time. Many kudos to all of you, and thank you for getting me back in my favorite truck of all time.

A few weeks ago my wife took her car Ford Fusion through a car wash, & the automatic brushes cracked her driver side mirror. Once we go approved to get it fixed, we took it the Collision Center and it was a great experience. Glenn was my point of contact and from the beginning to end he & the staff was great. My wife had to bring the car back after the part was ordered and even she was talking about how great the service was. Thank you so much for making our experience a great one.
