By far the best Dealership I have dealt with. Large enough to matter but small enough to still care. I purchased my used vehicle there and I am extremely satisfied not only with the vehicle but the staff members from the courtesy driver, salesperson, finance department, service advisor, mechanics and management that work as a team to make sure the customer is satisfied. It's very difficult this day and time to find such great team effort in an auto dealership but they make it happen!

Very satisfied Johnny the manager of quick lane called me first thing this morning to notify me that he recieved my complaint and treated me like I was his only customer. I know moving forward that any and all issues I have with the service at quick lane will be handeled with the utmost care and quality. I highly recommend anyone that is having there car serviced to take it to him. Because no matter how bad of an experience you have ask for the manager and I assure you that you will be taken care of in a caring professional manner. BUYER BEWARE I purchased a brand new 2023 F150 LIMITED a few months ago. The service manager is completely ignoring me. After multiple calls and at least 3 voicemails, this Ford Dealership is absolutely horrible. No one will even pick up the phone to even listen to my issue. I will never buy another vehicle from Bessemer Ford ever again as it is obvious to me that they don't care about anything but the sale. When I bought the truck,I noticed there was a rip on the shifter. I ensured the defect was properly noted and written on the DUE BILL to replace or repair it. The guy who sold me truck strung me along for FOUR MONTHS and now even the SERVICE MANAGER, CHARLIE JONES is not picking up the phone. My car has been there a month, hasn't even been evaluated. Told it would be a week, then three weeks, now it's 6-8 weeks to be seen. They don't have a full-time mechanic for transmission issues and when that person is out they just don't service those cars. Awful and insufficient for people who don't have extra cars and need to get to work. My experience has been poor.
