Fun story about this place - I brought my SRT 8 Jeep here in 2021 For brakes, and to get my RECALLED carbon fiber dash replaced - A guy named Jim who worked for them, said no problem, I got you its on order! 6 Months of waiting, they call to have me bring it in. 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Months... He offers a loaner ... Constanly saying we are waiting on it, and waiting on parts for your car dont worry dont worry. Fast forward They give me car back (not fixed) Immediately has issues it never had- Bring it back - He says something is bad, hell order it. Now 12 Months Pass of waiting - He gave me a loaner so I was like okay cool. Then Jim Gets fired, and i get a call from the angriest little man on the planet threatening me to take me to court that I owe them 10,000 Dollars in loaner fe

He was always responsive, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated that. I also want to mention Casey because he made everything feel easy and organized. The paperwork and delivery process were smooth, and what can usually feel overwhelming honestly was not at all. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am loving my Durango so far.
