Town & Country Trucks and Trailers

Wanted to share how wonderful our experience was working with Town & Country - specifically with Emil. He is knowledgable, kind, and has been so supportive of our new business. Any hiccups we have had, he has been quick to let us know what we need to do. We even came in with the wrong trailer hitch and he gave us one on the house. This is a great place with a great selection. Big thumbs up :)

I started a landscape business a couple years ago. I knew i needed a dump trailer so at the recommendation of a friends dad I headed to T&C. All I can say is Emil and Frank were great! Emil spent several hour+ meetings with me, offering fatherly advice for my business, let me bring trucks I was test driving by to look at and sold me a great trailer. I have a trailer supplier for life with these guys!

Arrived there today, there was a gray-haired man in a light shirt, I do not know who he may be the Manager or owner. We said we need a 6×12 trailer and we have $5500. To which he replied that for this money you can buy a mini-trailer and brazenly smiled. I didn't offer any credit or installments. It was very unpleasant to communicate with him. Also inconvenient location, no Parking is normal. I don't recommend this place.

After receiving the license which they handled all details for filing. The plate was too large for the trailer. When we called and asked about getting a small plate that would fit. They stated that is what WE ordered. We had no part of the process and it will no cost us an additional $40. to get a small trailer license plate. The lack of concern and taking no responsibility after spending $4,000 for their error shows that they are done with you after the sale.

First time trailer buyer - Town & Country was amazing! Feel so lucky we found this place. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality trailer!!
