Town East Collision

Miguel is the BEST! I brought my 2023 Ford Explorer here due to a collision. My vehicle had damage to the front end. He listened to my needs and concerns. Miguel repaired my vehicle like new. He was professional, provided timely repairs, kept in contact with me, and made sure I had new parts. My vehicle was fixed like new. I wanted to send a special thank you to MIGUEL- he and his team did a remarkable job!!!! Ask for MIGUEL!

Got rearended and my insurance wanted me to take it to town east. I took my truck and they charged the insurance co for a new bumper. But the thing is that they just cleaned up my old bumper and just replaced the plastic part on top of the bumper. Also my exhaust pipe was hanging down and they said that they cleaned it up and tightened it all up. I was driving and my exhaust fell off where they supposedly fix it. So I think I and my insurance company got screwed. Also it took them 4 days to make such a small repair like that. I will never take my truck there even if my insurance request that I do. Also, I hope that anyone and everyone that reads this will think twice before taking their vehicle to them to get repaired. Way over priced on parts and way, way over priced on their lousy labor.

The repair to my car is amazing! My car looks brand new! I do wish they were more proactive on keeping me updated throughout the process, but the end result is beautiful. Overall I am very pleased.

In for an insurance claim. Staff very nice and helpful. Responsive to messages and emails. Alex was great guy.

I’m wanting to brag about my experience at Town East Ford’s body shop. They’ve always performed excellent work and I took my truck in to get it painted and it is amazing. I totally recommend the body shop for anybody who needs any kind of repairs thank you Town East Ford body shop.
