This was my first buying experience with Town East Ford and it will not be my last! I was greeted immediately in the parking lot upon arriving on Saturday morning by a Sales Consultant by the name of Cintia Hernandez, I proceeded to let her know the reason for my visit and we headed into the dealership. After speaking about the vehicle that I was there to see, and after a test drive with Cintia and her colleague Glenn, I was presented with a couple of dealer/customer offers that were very budget friendly! Cintia ensured that I was comfortable during my visit and the buying process. She is professional, customer service friendly and caring! I am leaving this place right now and the person who attended us was completely rude and racist, he attended us in a very bad way and when we tried to pay he did not want to charge us because the card was from Mexico he said that we could not pay with cards from another country, if the person is traveling from another country and is a tourist because you would have to have a card from the United States, it is absurd. When trying to ask elsewhere, he simply said that he could not help us.

Very informative and understanding of my situation with shortage of time today. Honest, didn't give me a bunch of Bill on pricing. Very happy today compared to my experience in Terrell
