As a woman walking into an auto service center, you always hope you’ll be treated fairly — and they absolutely delivered. I came in with two slow leaks, and instead of trying to upsell or take advantage of the situation, they carefully checked everything, cleaned my rims thoroughly, reset everything properly, and made sure the issue was resolved. I was in need of 4 new tires and an alignment. The online scheduling system was super easy to navigate and I was able to find a time that fit my schedule within a week of setting it up. Come appointment time, Rich was super helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was beyond easy. I was ready to sit a wait for a few hours but they had me in and out in under 90 minutes! I had shopped around before and they had some of the best prices in the region!

Went to town fair tire. My tpms light was on. I went in asked Jonathan to check it out. He went out checked it out. Told me I need 1 sensor. Car was probably done in 20 min. That was really quick. So happy with the service. Jonathan was great. Will definitely go back again.

Jonathan was fantastic. My tire had to be ordered so I ended up working with him on back to back days. He kept me updated on status and everything was resolved quickly.
