Town Fair Tire

I never write reviews, unless it deals with my vehicle. I would have gave 5 stars. If, they didn’t lose one of my chrome valve stems, replace it with a plastic one, and not tell me about it when I pick my vehicle up. Put scratches near the nut from not paying attention while using the impact driver. Considering you guys sell absolutely brand new rims I can’t imagine that even being possible. I use a thin walled socket every time I take mine off and never seem to have a problem scratching. Customer service WAS great, BUT now this is my problem. I just had those rims painted last year. I’ll get a phone call and an apology, but I still will have scratches on my rims. Truth be told I will go back in the future and just state ahead of time for them to be extremely careful due to my past experi

From start to finish this group was fantastic. Went in for a tire repair and needed a tire. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The brake manager gave me a free quote as my brakes are getting low. Very informative and I’ll be doing business here when the time comes!

Everyone there is quick to greet and accommodate all your needs, Devin our technician was professional, knowledgeable, amicable, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Eager to help and such a positive affect that made me feel like I could put my trust in him for whatever my needs are. 10/10 would recommend.
