We just got done dropping off our 2017 Ford Focus here and the customer service was fantastic. The representative helped us immediately to find the right tires. He even helped find a deal to lower the total price down! AND they were able to perform all the tire replacements and alignment SAME DAY! We were blown away and they put Costco to shreds. Always a good experience with these guys. They take good care of our cars. They repair when they can and only have you replace if necessary. This year the snow tires we needed were sold out and Chris called all around the country to find a set for me. He even hustled to get them in and put on the car before we travelled for Christmas, which was much appreciated. They do get busy, but it’s because they’re good and people know it.
