Had to stop by on short notice without an appointment and Marc was very happy to take a look. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was great with answering and questions that I had and made this an extremely easy and smooth experience. I’ve spoken with him at this location a few times now and he has always been a huge help!

Got to the store was hoping it didn’t take too long immediately met a gentleman name Phil right away. It was very helpful. Completely explained everything I was wondering the time was good and he made sure to keep me posted on how long it was gonna be. Everything went great if I was ever in the need of an employee, I would definitely hire phil.

I have had the best exsperence as a 66 year old women and a widow. Mark who was at the front desk, not sure if he was the manager was so, so respectful and told me every thing befor they fix my problem. I would definitely tell people how friendly Miss Saugus store was and respectful like I said I am a little and have been taken a few times on car deals. I felt safe and felt like I was told the truth. I played to Mark and his team making a old woman feel safe and comfortable.

Excellent service and customer care I went to Town Fair Tire to change my car tires and had an amazing experience. Marc and Luis were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. From the very beginning, they explained everything clearly, helped me through the entire process, and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about their customers, and they definitely showed that through their attitude and outstanding service.
