Jeff was the best. Answered the phone a minute before close, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He told me to come in the next day at 8 and he’d be able to help me out. Morning came I was there for 8, and he had me in and out 4 new tires at an amazing price. If you need quick, easy, painless and affordable tires, go see Jeff!

I knew my tires were due to be replaced soon, but I didn’t know that one of them looked like it was about to burst! When I noticed this, I quickly called Town Fair and Jeff was able to get the tires I wanted delivered and installed same day. Fair price, nice tires, excellent customer service. No reason to go anywhere else.

I can't tell you how bad I would love to leave a good review, because I appreciate Jeff and the rest of the staff at this location, but Town Fair Tire, you suck! I'm looking at invoices for tires I bought for two different vehicles there and thinking that I was getting some huge discount because of my boss's account, and I still paid almost $300, and that's without any alignment! Then I see a $49.60 non taxable charge, and Jeff was kind enough to explain that it is a labor charge. When I'm purchasing tires at your establishment, installation should either be a courtesy or a smaller fee, per tire. I shouldn't be paying labor! Town Fair Tire should, it's called a freakin paycheck. No offense guys, but I was told you're not mechanics, you are not diagnosing any problems. I know garages charge

Great and honest people! Bruce helped me get new continental all season tires for a steal of a price! Mount balance and alignment came out perfect. I highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Westfield and I will be doing business here again!!
