I was given directions to the shop, and treated like my business was valued. Town Square Auto Parts & Service is A great car Auto shop. Mr. Tim was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He has a wonderful team, and professional staff. Mr. Tim was very transparent and efficient with my husband and I during the repair process of our 2015 Lexus. After a month of not being able to drive my car due to an electrical issue, Mr. Tim and his staff were able to resolve the problem in just one day, as a pose to the month that it sat at the dealership unfixed, a lot of phone tag, and unanswered questions.
