Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Isaiah was amazing ! he explained everything to me and was not pushy when i declined certain services. I have never had an oil change encounter where i could tell that the technician is passionate about their career. Thank you Isaiah, I will be back !!

Not the greatest service. The guy checking me in and taking my information really was irritated that my enterprise fleet vehicle was taking to long to get approval and made it a point to say next time I need to get out come get them while I'm waiting to let him know because it was slowing everything up. Then told me he wasn't going to reset the service light because and I qoute" bro why is there 17 steps to reset a oil light bro that's to many.." he then said if it bothered me to stop back by another day and they'd figure it out. There was no line and I was there 3 hours before closing. The immediate next morning my engine coolant light came on said low coolant.. did they top off all the fluids clearly they didn't.

Very unhappy with the service, or lack thereof. We were assigned a bay, then ended up waiting 45 minutes before leaving. Five cars who arrived later than us were brought into different bsys and had their oil changed. We did have one person come out at the 20 minute mark to say it would be a couple of minutes. Hubs went to the door to bring it to their attention and only received rude responses from the manager. They should have moved us to wait in another bay instead of allowing the later arrivals. Never going to this station again.

The crew worked well together to take care of the needs of my car. An employee named Jimmy took special care of me and my car. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He should be commended.

Larry was awesome! He showed me my cabin air filter (which was filthy) and helped me find coupons online to make sure I got a great deal. He did a great job. Looking forward to next time!
