You will not be disappointed at Toy-Auto Masters! Jay is freakin spectacular, he’s always so attentive when it comes to you and your vehicle. His crew is amazing, Front office staff- great attitudes and friendly welcomes. Pit crew and master mechanics, out of this world! Everyone there is always very friendly, hard working and helpful, it is hard to find a good shop that is trustworthy and knows what they’re doing. Here you get both. I bought a truck off of these folks that they fixed up after one of their customers decided they didn’t want to pay for a long list of repairs. Jay decided to buy the truck for cheap, fix everything and resell it. Jay really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working well on the truck and really stands by the work their shop does. So much so, they warranty their work up to three years. I found a transmission fluid leak after they worked on it (loose filler plug) and they dropped what they were doing fixed it the day I found it. Thanks for the help and great service! I will certainly be coming back when the next thing breaks.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I felt it was important to write one for Toy-Auto Masters. As a small business owner myself, I believe the true mark of a great business is doing the right thing, protecting the relationship with the customer, and treating people the way you’d want to be treated—even when it means sacrificing profit. I drive a ’22 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro that I absolutely love, but the squeaky suspension has been a thorn in my side since I bought it. I brought it to Toy-Auto Masters after two other shops had already taken a swing at diagnosing it and missed. Right away, Ryan, the service manager, went on a drive with me and fully diagnosed the issue—something the other two shops never managed to do. A+. Unfortunately, the Fox suspension system on this vehicle is tricky

Dave opened his shop in 1995 and my parents have been coming here pretty much since the beginning! Fast-forward 30 years later and he’s worked on my parents vehicles literally hundreds of times over the years! He is always fair, honest, quick to complete the work and unmatched with his integrity. He never tries to sell them on something they do NOT need done for their vehicles. And the proof is in the pudding - my Pops’ 1999 4-Runner is still running strong! I recently purchased a 2024 Tacoma and I can honestly say they have a customer for life with me! Keep up the amazing work, Toy-Auto Master’s! We’ll see you soon for our next maintenance!

Jay and the staff have always been very helpful in getting my truck either maintained or fixed. All the services I have had done have been finished the first time and at a reasonable price. I don't like dealers working on my vehicles and I feel fortunate to have found Toy Auto Masters to do the work that needs to be done - done well and at a fair price. Thanks for all your help.
