Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collision Center

Extremely disappointing experience. My car was stolen and later recovered with some damage. My insurance recommended this shop for repairs — what a mistake. I was told the work would take *two weeks*, but it ended up taking *over two months*. Every time I called for an update, I was told they found "something new" wrong with the car — a convenient way to keep billing my insurance. Communication was poor, timelines kept shifting, and I still have issues that weren't addressed (see photos). I expected professionalism and honesty, and got the opposite.

The customer service there is horrible. Toyota Capitol Plaza collision center had my car for three (3) doing repairs and when I received my car it was missing parts and the work was incomplete. There was no to ensure the work was done correctly before handing over the keys to the customers. They literally drive car to empty parking spot, hand the car key to customer and walk away. After I did my own inspection I realized parts were missing from the truck and the back seat area of my Highlander. After a day or two (2) later I noticed that the running board was not properly secured but they took the extra drill one screw/bolt in rear area off the running board for it look secure. When I called em to inform them of what I found, the manager for the collision center tried to blame the insuran

I had my vehicle repaired at Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza several times and insist on getting it repaired here when dealing with insurance companies. Their work is second to none. Your vehicle will come back as if you just got it off the showroom floor. The biggest surprise was when I dropped my vehicle off it had not been washed in a month. When I picked it up, it was spotless. I mean the inside had been cleaned and tire shine on the tires. Talk about taking pride in your work. I also want to acknowledge the great customer service I received during the entire repair process. Everyone involved was truly professional. You won’t be disappointed.

I brought my car in after a fender bender and was highly impressed with the work TCCPCP did. The team at TCCPCP did a fantastic job starting with Peter. He started the process from beginning to end. He was friendly, communicated well through the entire process. He made sure my car was cleaned inside and out. He also let me know if I need anything to contact him directly. I would definitely recommend Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collison Center to anyone who needs collision repair work and ask for Peter. Five stars. He is an All Star in my eyes and will be back if I need repair work

Toyota Certified At Capital Plaza collision center is the best. There turn around time on returns are pretty Quick I was given an estimate pick date for my car 1/7/26 and they are actually 2 days early. This is my second time repairing my car with them. They always exceed expectations. Hope won’t need to be back in the future on theses circumstances but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them.
