so slow, if your time is valuable, you probably want to go elsewhere. I got tire replacement. i had a 2pm appointment and they did not start to work on my car until 4pm. It was in its bay with the tires off before 3 pm. Apparently, someone lost track of my tires. Some of the workers are good people and communicate well. While it is Walmart, I still expect better. The actual mounting and install seems good. time is money. this is not worth your time.

As many other reviews have noted, installing four tires can take about two hours. Unfortunately, in my case, the tires were not balanced properly, which caused the entire car to shake at highway speeds, and the front tire valve was leaking air as well.

I scheduled an appointment through the Walmart app to have my two front tires changed on September 21, 2024, at 3:00 pm. However, when I arrived at the shop, no one was at the customer service desk to assist me. I had to go into the auto repair area and track down a mechanic myself to call someone to the desk.
