Toyota Service Center

Take it somewhere else. These guys are in it for money for sure. 2 recent accounts, we took our Toyota vehicles there. One they said we had a valve cover leak $18 part $1800 repair. 2nd and 3rd opinions said nope! Then, we get the old chained on the other Toyota and 2 months later is leaking. So I had to call a friend who was a mechanic in the middle of the night to do a fix on it. When I take it back to Toyota for the next change they're asking what happened here. Because they are the ones who messed it up the begin with with stripping them stem removing the plug the first time then wanted to charge me $2400 for a new oil pan and claimed it takes 10 hours labor. When it only takes 3 to 4, and that wasn't the only option to repair it. It ended up getting repaired for $380, but it just seem

So much for EXPRESS LUBE...Better hope you have plenty of time when visiting for service. I called early in the day and made an appointment, called later and tried the appointment up and they said they were not very busy so to bring on in. So I did. Been sitting here 1.5 hrs so far for an oil change, so I checked with a service writer and he explained that oil changes take 45 min to an hour, and told me they were running behind cause they had so many services to do...? He was quite rude and could tell he didn't care talk with me. I guess from now on I'll use a different dealer and or do it myself...so much for service and convenience...finally got my car back...1hr 45 min later...and it's not the cleanest but the oily hand prints on the hood and inside my car didn't help the experience. Notoriously overpriced parts and labor in addition to the ridiculous surcharges.....underwhelming and sometimes clueless staffing....and they still get it wrong at times....better off driving down to massey toyota in kinston or greenville

Typical dealership service center. First to arrive, no appointment made, second to be served in 2 lines open...I guess we were "too slow" driving up to service counter🤯🤣 Just a routine service...oil change and tire rotation, etc. Last visit, my wife alone, were told she need new battery and brake pads...this trip, both of us there and nothing found that need replaced??? How does THAT work🤔🤯? Individual service tech opinion? Or trying to get extra service when not needed??? Customer pay ALWAYS attract $$$$ to techs...I know, I worked at Chevy across the street as Cadillac service technician🤫🫣🤔
