Toyota Service - Dan Deery Toyota Service Center

Had them fix a recall on the battery connectors for my car. The recall caused the battery to be destroyed and they wouldn’t cover it. They wanted $200 to replace the battery.

My car was dropped off Thursday for a Monday 12:00 scheduled appointment at CF Dan Derry. I called at 3pm to get status of their findings. Was told that Jenna (service department rep) would call me back. She finally decided to call back ( she was very rude and rushy) at 4pm only to tell me the mechanic is charging the battery. So from 12-4 only my battery is being charged 🤔 all this time. Message was left for service manager Brian Jensen-no return call nor did I hear back from Jenna. Poor customer service is at an all time high here!!!! Never heard back on whats wrong with my car

Dan Deery Toyota - where you: 1. Make an appointment. 2. Three weeks later on the day before the appointment they call and tell you they won't have the right people there to fix your problem. 3. Reschedule appointment. 4. Reiterate that your main concern was that they have the part to fix the rear wiper. 5. Show up for noon appointment. 6. They start working at 2:00, don't even understand the problem with the rear latch, don't have the part for the wiper, take 2 hours to replace 2 tire sensors and some lug nuts, charge you $70 for a diagnostic to not diagnose or fix the problem, then $470 more for the very little they did. 4 hours later. Hopefully they actually tighten the lug nuts this time. Fool me once... Update: the asked me to call, I did, eventually they refunded the diagnostic

Took my vehicle in for service and repair of a few items. The service team communicated with the sales team to get some items covered by warranty. Parts arrived quickly, and I was in and out in a short time. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. The bag of candy they left in my car was a super sweet surprise as well!

Very pleased with the service I received from Dan Deery Toyota on my Lexus. They were very fast, honest and my service advisor Adam was in constant communication while the work was being done.
