Toyota Service

Can't answer the phones, fed me a sob story about why they are understaffed. Repeatedly sent to voicemail even when I'm simply trying to change my appointment time. Not going back after they also basically shirked their obligation to repair my vehicle under warranty.

We came in with the intention to look at a car my girlfriend noticed. We have a good conversation with our sales men. Anthony, was very helpful and eager to answer our questions…( but was not pushy, I don’t like pushy sales people). He works with us along with everyone involved. Good home town service!

Great costumer service. Very easy to talk to. Plus they have the best waiting room with donuts and coffee. Makes me want to go there just for that!

Called the service departartment, took my Rav4 in for the required maintenance, had a donut and a bag of hot fresh popped popcorn. Before you know it, Michaela, my service advisor came and told me that my vehicle was ready to go. As I was leaving, Colin, the Service Manager introduced himself and explained to me how to get the most out of my remaining Toyota Care Plan. I am retired, owned many new vehicles, spent a lot of time waiting around dealerships, but never had an auto maintenance experience like this. I have tried the REST, but found the Best! Nobody does it like McMinnville Toyota! IN AND OUT SERVICE!
