Toyota Service - Parker Toyota

Have been coming here for 5 yrs ( 3 different cars) I always find they overbook for oil changes? I was told my appt was a 145 here it is 215 n my car is still sitting outside?

Very pricey service, but this is a common theme among dealerships. But, the mechanics are very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work with you on cost if you ask politely. If you have a Toyota vehicle specifically, and want the best service for it no matter the cost, look no further. Recently had my 1999 4Runner’s transmission flushed, and it’s running great!

These guys/gals are on it! First off the irony of the toyota service shop being the only shop I town with availability is not lost on me but I digress. My wife and I were traveling through the area from Virginia and had some rear brake issues with our Ford Transit campervan. They got us in the next day for an early (6:45am) appointment to check things out. We did in fact need brakes so they started the process of sourcing the Ford parts from around town and then offered their shuttle service to go into town since it would be a while. We got some work done in their huge, well equipped waiting room and then decided to go into town. Our driver Larry was awesome! He told us some cool facts about the area and we had some pleasant conversation. What could have been a huge PITA turned into a pret

I wish they had reset my check engine light even though that's not what I was in for. They did everything quickly and accurately that was needed. Well done!

So thankful we bought our 4Runner from Parker in 2020! It's been an amazing vehicle and can't wait to purchase another from here next year. We have had our vehicle serviced through Parker as well and has always been done in a timely manner, the courtesy vehicle ride is great, and also always doing necessary work! They have never recommended something to us to just make more money. I went to someone else locally for brakes and had nothing but issues. Needed brakes again and I have no more problems with them now thanks to Parker service! Forever grateful for their service team!
