My service was very professional. Love the idea of refreshments while we wait. My ticket said that my floor mats were not safe. I installed Weather Tech mats which are secured down. How are they not safe? Over all my visit was satisfying. Also happy that you'll are dog friendly. My dog goes everywhere with me. ❤️

What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. My vehicle was serviced quickly and correctly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service technicians you can truly trust, and Clay absolutely exceeded my expectations. I usually don't have an issue with this dealership but I must say, I was extremely disappointed this time. I called and made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle and was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours to correct the problem. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and waited in my car for approximately 15 minutes before I was helped. (Which means the people that were driving me home were also waiting) Then he asked if I was staying to wait on my car. I told him no. That was a huge mistake. About 6 hours later, I called wondering what was taking so long and how much longer would it be. The receptionist was rudely told by the mechanic that he had no idea! They took 7 hours to fix my car! It was almost 5:00pm before it was ready and by that time I didn't have anyone to bring

LC Toyota takes great care of my vehicle for my every 5000 mile maintenance visits. The service department and Gavan communicate in real time of any issues that may need to be addressed.
