Wow! What an amazing crew at ToyoTechs. I drive a hybrid Prius and as my car has gotten older I found regular shops didn't have the expertise needed to keep up with maintenance & troubleshooting. Not a problem at ToyoTechs. My first visit was to replace my entire braking system. Cheaper than the dealership and more personalized attention too. They did an amazing job. Then came the car not starting and being stuck in my garage. I called them and explained what was happening with multiple lights flashing on the dashboard. ToyoTechs has been absolutely amazing to work with. They previously fixed an electrical issue on my Lexus ES300h that was caused by a windshield leak. I even had my car towed all the way from Griffin to their shop because I trusted them, and they repaired it professionally the car ran perfectly afterward. Recently, the leak returned and caused the same issue again. I called ToyoTechs, explained what was happening, and they immediately told me to bring the car back so they could take care of it. They are always patient, polite, and ready to help whenever I call. The brake actuator in my 2015 Lexus CT 200 H went out. A few people on Reddit referred me to Toyotechs, and after getting my car diagnosed with Lexus, I was told to check with them. I called Toyotechs six times in the span of three weeks and I was told that the repairs would be between $2700-$2800 (after taxes). I was told that these issues get worked on all the time with the model of my vehicle and the Toyota Prius. Fast forward to the day I tow in my vehicle for repairs, I was not updated on my vehicle and I had to call back myself after seven hours. All of a sudden, the repair cost goes up a few hundred dollars. No new issues were found, this was for the same issue that I was looking to have repaired in my vehicle. I cannot recommend these folks enough for any Toyota owner! Finding a team you can trust can be difficult when discussing pricey repairs on a vehicle. These guys are always handy for a second option from an initial quote you get, or just to investigate what that squeaky noise might be in the back of your car (spoiler alert - it might be your spare tire). Even though I’m not looking forward to my car needing anymore repairs, I know at least there’s a team I can trust to take care of it for my vehicle.
