Engineering is fantastic. I’m looking forward to the Blue Dog rebrand and hope for an even smoother experience. I went in for a project on my Wrangler JK. The first day went great, and I had high expectations after working with the sales manager. Later, the shop called me about a snafu with the project. Miscommunication between the sales manager, parts manager, and the garage developed, and I felt like my Jeep was a smaller job pushed behind some of the bigger projects. After paying for parts, labor hours were never revised as discussed over the phone, and by the time I tried to address it in person, it was too late. I personally spoke with the engineers, which helped me understand the situation. Despite the miscommunication and frustrations, the techs are smart, and my Jeep drives great.

Trail Jeeps did an exceptional job installing a Metalcloak lift on my Jeep Gladiator. Pete and Jake were incredibly knowledgeable, walking me through the process with expertise and ensuring everything was done to perfection. Their service didn’t stop after the installation—they provided fantastic follow-up support, answering all my questions and giving me complete confidence in their work. The attention to detail and thoroughness was top-notch. I highly recommend Trail Jeeps to anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!

Met with Pete and team to discuss breathing new life into my 01 Ram 4x4. The guys are quite knowledgeable and seem wonderfully customer-focused. The showed me around the shop, work they are doing and were thoughtful in asking me very good questions about my desired outcomes and use cases for my rig. I left feeling confident about taking the next step. I'll update this review down the road.

Pete, Jake, Brian and the team were great to work with. The complete build exceeded my expectations. Quality and attention to detail was top notch. We experienced a manufacturer quality problem but Trial Jeeps went the extra mile to correct the issue. The quality problem was not fault of theirs but they fully stand behind the finished product, even at a great time expense to their organization. Very Happy.

I seriously cannot say enough about Pete and the rest of the team. I went in there looking for a lift for my 2024 Wrangler 4xe, and Pete walked me through every option and made me feel like I was apart of the team there. They fit me in before my big overland trip and just went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and professionalism is better than anywhere in Colorado, but what brings me back is how they treat you like family. Will be coming to them for the foreseeable future.
