I took my 4L80E to this shop with a shift kit installed. It had lost 2nd gear. I was charged $2,400 flat rate and was promised they would fix whatever the issue was. When I got the transmission back, it still had no 2nd gear and now had no reverse. I returned it four more times, each time being told it was fixed. It never was. Eventually I gave up and opened the transmission myself. What I found was unacceptable: • They only replaced the clutches • The steels were ground down instead of replaced • The shift kit was not fully reinstalled — only about half the parts were put back in The missing shift kit components caused the no reverse condition and erratic shifting. I’ve been here twice for transmission rebuilds for my 07 Chevy Silverado and the last one was just done a couple weeks after Christmas and has already went out again and I got probably 6 thousand miles if that on the first one

Husband went to this shop 6/30/23 and spoke to someone was told to come back on 7/3/23 to drop off our 2015 Burban to have the transmission replaced. We arrived at the shop and same guy that he spoke to didn’t know what we were there for. Due to his bad customer service we too our business somewhere else and it actually cost us 450 instead of the 3200 we were quoted on 6/30
