Our experience with the Antioch location has been extremely positive. I’ve known Radomir from previous industry work, so when he reached out and let us know he was now managing the operation there, we decided to give TransChicago a chance — even though the shop is quite a drive for us. Right from the first repair order, the level of communication and involvement stood out. Radomir made sure we had direct visibility into the diagnostic process, and his technicians — Zach and Devin — took the time to walk us through exactly what they were seeing and what needed to be done.
