My experience was top-tier considering the fact of being broken down. My company sent me to Transchicago for a repair on my freightliner on a Friday morning. My breakdown happened overnight. They opened at 7am, I arrived around 720am. Because the nature of my truck, it would only allow me to drive up to 55 mph. When I got there I was greeted nicely and when I explained what was happening, the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a small lot so if you have a trailer, it may be best to drop it before arriving if possible. They pulled my truck in for diagnostic testing pretty much right away. And throughout, while waiting, the technician kept me updated the whole time. That is absolutely appreciated as a driver because it let's me know they're not just wasting my time. I t

The shop manager Junior is a piece of work. I overheard him saying inappropriate things in the lobby to one of his technicians. Another one of his lead technicians told me Junior charged a loyal customer of theirs for replacing an expensive wiring harness that never got replaced (in the thousands of dollars). Stay far away from this place if you want legitimate work done on your truck. After hearing all this I decided to take my business elsewhere

Lmao the person responding to each review is really hell bent on imagery. Some replies make sense. Some review replies are so cringe it hurts me to pick up and call in for a potential truck purchase. Please fix that as it's not a professional look. Literally arguing back with anyone who rates below 3 star and leaves a comment is wild work. L.M.A.O. That's why reviews exist though. Anyways I'll be looking for another dealership brand based on 1. Reviews and 2. Attitude towards reviews.

Great people and great service. The front parts counter is constantly bombarded by phone calls and in-house orders, yet despite all this heavy lifting, both Tim and Zick are true heroes. They’re always willing to help and always pushing forward to solve our parts problems. Thank you, guys, for your hard work.

Stay away from this place! Twice I brought my truck here — twice they took my money and gave me nothing but wrong or obvious “diagnostics.” First time, they misdiagnosed an air compressor issue. Second time, they just read the same fault codes I could see on my dash and still charged a hefty amount. They are incompetent, careless, and not worth a single penny. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.
